I don't know enough about this to rate the validity of these sources. I recently read that people have a 25-hour daily cycle (circadian rhythms), and that it is possible that it is related to the lunar cycle. So I did some digging to find out who thinks this, and those links are some of what I found. Whatever the case, I believe that planetary alignments are extremely unlikely to have much effect, since their gravitational force on us is minimal compared to the moon.
