<I was slowly rotating back into PAA from BAY the past few days.> IMO, over the coming 12 months, it will be the other way around. The reality wills sets in when PAAS attempts to take over BAY. Then the market will realize that BAY is the only silver play that can bring in large cash flows with silver in he current range.
