Well he may be right but first Germany has a close to 3% budget deficit and if IG Metal get what they want 6.5% wage increase than that's the death of the strong EUR. So I am not sure which is better or worst trade inbalance or budget deficits

The EUR went to 0.86 only because of that strike and the fight who will be EZ Central banker.

In any case the EUR is way overbought and US productivity numbers are out on May 7 at 8:30 AM
