I sometimes think Neocon is about 13 or 14 with a huge library and spends his time in imaginary conversations with dead philosophers. I'm reading some bios on Kant right now and he seems to have been a real party animal, what stands out is;

1) Never left the town he came from.

2) Walked up and down his street precisely 8 times around 4:00 in the afternoon... and

3) never had any contact with females.

He used his mind cut off from an exterior existence to formulate his philosophy and his followers are similarly well heeled.
