Ten and nine reflect more on the compiler than on Bush....7 through 5 are meaningless. A regime intent on refuting imputations of harshness would not suspend humanitarian visits. It is a despotic, evil regime. And his "phraseology" in response to the story of the soldiers who were killed in the DMZ is like saying, "just goes to show"......For the rest, I guess I am not sophisticated enough to make much of them......
