Well....Saw the movie...enjoyed it very much. Followed the comic book pretty closely which will make Spidey fans very happy. 120 million estimates for opening weekend and should do well next weekend as well, but that will be it. The spider man hype will end on the 16th when star wars episode II comes out.

However, by the end of the summer 300 million should be lock. Worldwide 500 -600 million can also be achieved. Opens in Japan next weekend, will be a good barometer to what the world sales will be like. If marvel/sony and whoever else is in the works to get the movies out can get the same marketing for the three flicks in 2003 MVL and its shareholder should stand to benefit.
