Louis - Last word (for now) on divergences. In my never ending quest to keep things as simple as possible for myself, here's the unvarnished version of NDX divergence performance since January 1999 versus RUT, COMP and INDU - members.rogers.com IMO the divergences will widen before they begin contracting again, based upon my view of which stage of the corrective process we are in, BWTFDIK. Whether the level of divergence reaches the former extremes at the opposite end of the Nasdaq bungie cord remains to be seen. Let's check back on it in 3-6 months and see how we're doing.
