US carriers haven't approved NOK 1x designs, and analysts expect Q ASICs to gain share this year... Unsubstantiated rumors have NOK still working on voice only - much less mastering data. This is why I wonder - along with this Mexico 95A release - if NOK is trying to (having to) focus on markets outside of the US, where 1x will be mandatory with major carriers...
