I think we'll see TGT and KSS break out of their range to the upside when the comparisons for the next two quarters come out I agree with your thoughts on Target...(I've never shopped at Kohls.) In our area IMO Target is doing everything "right" to attract shoppers. The new Super Target stores are a great place to do several errands at one store...since they seem to have a great selection of items they sell. With a weak economy, Target seems to be attracting shoppers from all income brackets...and IMO that trend will continue.
