"...But despite H-P's victory, which the company claimed early on, Bear Stearns analyst Andrew Neff reiterated his neutral stance on H-P in a Monday research report. The analyst said concerns about the execution of the merger, industry fundamentals and valuation still exist.

According to Neff, H-P and Compaq's "urgency" to exceed expectations during the proxy battle may now dissipate.

Love ya like a brother Andy Neff, but you don't have a clue as to how to analyze this company. The ONE thing that Carly and Mike will do is execute like King Henry the XIII.

This company will come together faster than sliced bread. The underlying problem of course is their perception of the market, which I personally think is correct.

And of course, you, Andy Baby, don't touch on in your "analysis".

NOT SPELLCHECKED.
