By the end of my 1st year of agency building I had hired 19 full time brokers......after about 6 months I was also convinced that those that survive in the business are also dangerous to your wealth...since I knew EVERYTHING they knew in only 6 months in the biz..... THe smartest thing a broker can do is to read some of the better SI threads. Shootie
