Frank,
I bought GLG a small position. Tried to buy PAAS at 5.95 but not filled. Would prefer to see a rally in the dollar DXo2m to 117-118 as it is short term oversold; hopefully this will coincide with a short term PB in gold. Although with a Kondratief wave crash in play all bets are off.

The pessimism is rampant and the COMP is only 18 points away from the .786 retracement at 1560. SPX .618 retracement is 1033. But hey, these are unorthodox times.

Maybe Bob Prechter will ultimately be proved right;remember 10 years ago he was talking about national survival at stake, but underestimated the power of government manipulation. The debt bomb may make the US financial system say UNCLE finally, although the nation will survive.

It will not take a suitcase nuke to do in the US as the environmentalist conditioning by the media will cause real estate to be of dubious value even with a spread of a long lived radioactive isotope in a US or Canadian city. The debt bomb will then do the rest as most Americans are mortgaged to the hilt. A suicide radioactive man could easily do this undetected.

That is why I am selling all US assets. I also look for taxes to rise to take care of the demographic wave that has saved nothing. Thanks to you and all on this thread for the stellar input.
