If SUNW does drop 30%, I will be a pig at the trough, snapping up whatever shares at 28 as I can.

I don't think there is any doubt that these corporate stock option plans are ultimately dilutive. I often think we will look back one day and wonder how they became such a conventional compensation/reward scheme. But they are nearly universal. Even the mail clerks have options. They will affect the market as a whole, not just SUNW. So, pick your poison -- park your money in some nice CDs or find a great company like SUNW in which to invest.

Just my humble thoughts.
