What if the debt could be used to support the growth of an approved product, say by a KOSP or a SCIO?

In a stock for stock transaction, I believe that the debt can't be called?

What would VPHM be worth to someone who wanted to grow a business and add to pipe? 180M? You can consider this one "too silly to address" if you like, and shine me on.
