My source is a friend who owns some SVGI and heard it from his broker. My friend said his broker called him shortly after the market closed yesterday and said he had heard that SVGI had just called a big "emergency meeting". My friend then called me because he knows I'm long SVGI. I called my own broker and hea has heard nothing. I'm trying to get in touch with my friend to get more details. If he says it's ok, I'll post the name & firm of his broker. I'll keep digging. I should have qualified my original post. I hate to help in the spreading of rumors (if that's all this is). Jay
