Dan, Great to cyber-hear from you again. Been awhile! Welcome to Starship Teton. This one will take a little bit longer to take off but once it does there'll be no looking back. From what I heard today I'll be surprised if they don't get an extension on the 1Q Form 10Q, and file it after its initial due date of 5/15. I believe this stock is one of those rare oil & gas stocks that provides an excellent opportunity to get long term capital gains. Most of these O&G companies, both big & small, are not "buy & hold" stocks because their industry is so cyclical and they depend on high commodity prices to be successful. Not this one. They will soon be situated so that they can make good money even with $20 oil. If nothing else this one should be entertaining, to see what Howard decides to do with all this cash he just raised. As they say its better to be lucky than smart, and Howard is a very lucky man, having chosen the right place to take that bike ride 10 years ago! (An inside joke -- read some of the articles on the TTPT web site to get this).
