bobby: Note that I said the "permabull" argument, not the bullish argument. I've been bullish plenty of times, too -- but never a permabull, and never a permabear. The market goes up and down. But you know that, and you've been bearish at times, too -- and probably lots of good times, when the market was tanking, too.
At the end of the current correction, we might find ourselves in the same bullish camp. But I won't be a permabull.
It never hurts being wrong in the market -- only staying wrong.
The market could rally for technical reasons at any point, regardless of anyone's view of the fundamentals. I just ain't a permabear, bobby. You saw my comments this spring, when sentiment was too high, when I was calling for a pullback, and associated me with the permabears. But the fact is that I ain't one.
AJ says you've made some good calls, and he knows his stuff, so he must be right. |
