According to AMD, the t-bred 1900+ will ship with a Vcore of 1.65V, so this guy overvolted the chip by .5V and had to use supercooling to achieve 2GHz (stable).

Tests like this aren't meant for real-world applications, but they do show you headroom, and the headroom for AMD's .13-m process AthlonXPs looks terrible--no better than Palomino.

If you can do the same thing at .18 micron, what does .13-m do for you other than smaller chips? Why did AMD just spend billions to upgrade the fab? Yeah yeah, I know--Wait For Hammer!!!
