Between Target and Kohls you may stop going to malls altogether except for special items

I checked the Kohls web site, and right now Kohls does not have a store in California.

Do you, or does anyone on this board have an opinion on Fresh Choice? freshchoiceinc.com
From their web site, and the Yahoo web site:

"Fresh Choice owns and operates 51 restaurants - 42 Fresh Choice restaurants, 5 Zoopa restaurants and 4 Fresh Choice Express - in three states, with a concentration in Northern California. Outside of California, Fresh Choice and Zoopa restaurants operate in Washington and Texas. Fresh Choice and Zoopa restaurants feature an extensive selection of healthy, high-quality and freshly-made specialty and traditional salads, hot pasta, pizza, hot baked potatoes, soups, fresh breads and muffins, frozen yogurt and other desserts, offered in a limited-service format."

With so many of the restaurant and specific food stocks doing well (DRYR, PEET, PNRA, PFCB), I can't understand why the share price of SALD is so low? I realize the float on SALD is very small, and there are very few shares traded (100 shares traded today?!?)...but IMO this seems like an undervalued stock? Healthy, low cost meals...with what are IMO good locations (at least in this area.) Any thoughts? Thanks!
