Your only duty is to yourself and your loved ones.

Before 9/11 I would have agreed 100%. Now i feel like a soldier with my own job to do. And i will do it. I aint going anywhere. Insurance business or not, Warren should think first before making predictions in areas in which he has no expertise in. If he were such a seeer, he would have called 9/11, wouldnt he have? What you are describing regarding higher insurance prices has been called price gauging by others. In any case, his words put a pall over the folks who work on Wall St. yesterday, a reminder that we are so vulnerable here. And in my opinion, it helped tank a market that should be ready for a Cisco/Greenspan dead cat bounce at worst. By the way, do you think Warren will now stop insuring mail boxes in the midwest? or amtrak trains for that matter? My tone might seem angry in this note sam, but it is not intended that way. My allergies are acting up and my portfolio is acting down and i yearn for the pre-9/11 days. Mike
