FF - you're convinced that Barrick is 'in deep trouble'? It doesn't matter what anyone, including Russett says in his painstaking comments, you still believe this - because it's a sort of religion or anti-religion relying on flawed faith. Every time I read this stuff from you, Nickle etc., I check with the market and, lo and behold, Barrick is STRONG!! These days it's so easy to jump on the anti-derivatives band wagon as that CBS reporter so did so carelessly (using the old cheap journalistic tactic of guilt by association, 'the company did not return our calls' etc) But don't you think that the market would react negatively if there was ANY truth to your rumour mongering? Markets hate uncertainty. Perhaps it has had some marginal effect - after all shouldn't Barrick even on a year to date basis be ahead not behing NEM and Anglo?
