U.S. productivity jumped 8.6 percent in the first quarter, the government said Tuesday, potentially good news for corporate profits, after a revised 5.5 percent gain in the fourth quarter What kind of horsesh*t is this. Oh... I get it. Unemployment is going up so fewer workers=more productivity. I thought unemployment was bad. Let's see we fall on bad employment figures and gap up on productivity figures. It all makes perfect sense. M
