Check out the filings on Edgar. One of the 8K's from July 8 describes a jv deal to re-open wells belonging to the Ute Tribe. Here's a snip from the 8K: This Agreement is for the formation of a joint venture between M III and ERHC and shall concern the recovery, workover and operations of all available oil and gas wells located within the boundaries of the Uintah & Ouray Reservation located in Fort Duchesne, Utah. These oil and gas wells belong to the Allotted members of the Ute Tribe or all members of the Ute Tribe. I didn't find a press release about this one, but the filing of the 8K may have been what triggered the explosion in this stock. (The 8K for the Sao Tome deal also came out on the 8th, so that may have had something to do with it too). regards, Mike
