Drank a lot of coffee at the bar last night. It wasn't a particularly late night, but the previous four nights were.

We had the American Legislative Council in the hotel. It was our local State Senator's turn to host. The guy from Koch Industries picked up the tab one night, tipped about 20%. When the lady from Washington picked up the tab the tip was almost 50%. Love it when people spend other people's money!

I thought it might have been a reference to Shakespeare
