Ken, a PE of 26, with a target appreciation of 13-14%?? What happens at 40? Everybody sells? This story is simply not compelling enough for WMT to sport these valuations.

"It is most likely to on its way to $40." This statement is amatuerist at best, especially in context from a supposed analyst. I do agree though with their statement, "as it no longer represents the growth stock it once did,..." (growth stocks warrant pe's of +20, solid performers warrant 13-16 pe's, ala banks)

Did you also note that this analyst is only forecasting 10-12% earnings growth? 24-26 pe??? I'm sorry, this simply will not hold up.
