I will not speak to the specifics of this. I will make these two statements:
1) Using multiple accounts to post is a TOU violation, ragardless of the time frame. Posting under someone else's name is also a TOU violation.

2) I will not divulge how this was brought to my attention. I will say that it was not brought to me by anyone named in the post here.
