If we get capitulation here I think we could see mass redemption selling by the mutual funds that bought too much into the recovery theory and let cash levels get too low. By the action of the likes of BRCM, PMCS, QLGC, the bubbles, we may already may be seeing some of this. If the redemption scenario plays out remember the funds will be selling the good with the bad.
