Dave, difficult to be confident about going long on any company thesedays ... further to yesterdays discussion on the pervasive nature of the 'free enterprise' methodology here, not that anything has been proved yet:- 10:50 ET Archer-Daniels ethanol investigation goes to DoJ (ADM) 13.57 -0.34: Reuters reported this morning that trade regulators said they would send a price-fixing investigation of ADM and other producers of the gasoline additive ethanol to the Department of Justice, a sign the case could become a criminal inquiry. The documents under review suggest that ADM has been rigging bids to buy European wine alcohol before processing it into ethanol in the Caribbean. Best regards Stephen
