OT: Buying calls

This post probably belongs somewhere else given the limitation to covered calls. But I have a very brief question, that the more senior members of the thread may be able to answer, easily.

I'm considering buying GMST calls for late fall as a more conservative play against the possible summer court announcements, more conservative than buying shares. I've done some research and am about ready to do the buy.

However, looking at the GMST option volume leaves me with a concern. Given that the volume is quite low as compared to say, QCOM, am I likely to have an unusually difficult time selling back my calls?

Should I, thus, look to stocks with higher option volume?
