That all depends on your frame of reference. quote.yahoo.com You say no breakout till 31. Some might say wait until 34. Others might say wait until it hits new all time highs. If you keep waiting long enuf, you'll be getting in near the top instead of near the bottom. I already have some MCD. So I'll probably keep an eye out to buy the maligned techs. I still think CSCO is going to be a good one when the momentum shifts, and LU is holding well above it's previous lows.. I buy em' when nobody wants em', simple as that.
