Ken, not sure I understand - if they've started offering VOD in your area, and if you indeed have digital cable now, then don't you already have access to VOD automatically? You shouldn't need to do or get anything more to be able to receive VOD presently, if your cable setup is like most... It typically doesn't even require any special sign-up - just find and surf to the appropriate movie with your remote and press "Play."
