Litigation threats by an attorney who can sue for free are quite intimidating.

If it allows you to post indirectly to or about her, to quote from her (as you insisted on -- quoting her, not her articles) and argue the points via a third party, if it allows, at this point, you to enter any conversation she is a part of, if it doesn't include IHub, I would sure not take it if I were Poet. Because you are not to be trusted, imo.
In fact, at this point, if I were Poet, I would be going outside of SI to handle this, as Jeff has made obvious there is no longer, since you threatened to sue, any protection to be had from him from the menace of such creepy, insinuating, harassing posts as this:
