Do you not believe that there are some hazzards in life that the individual should be able to avoid or protect oneself from? Must we always blame someone else for our stupidity? There is a small pond in my neighbors yard. If I fall in and drown should my heirs be able to sue because they didn't put up a fence or have warning signs or lights to prevent my stupidity? I don't think so. If you are stupid enough to carry hot coffee in your lap while driving should you be compensated? That is an easy answer for me.
