I believe what management said was that there were legal expenses -- not litigation expenses. Higher legal expenses would not be a surprise given the Beathome acquisition. Where would you get the idea of incurring "litigation" expenses in attempts to recover accounts receivable? Yes they said they are not getting paid as quickly as they would like but they did not say they were incurring legal expenses over the issue as a result. Also not sure why you say Enel expected to be flat when estimates are for about .40 for 2002 and around .67 in 2003, revenue expected to go from $128m in 2002 to $178m in 2003, hardly flat. The company does need a new deal relatively soon if it wants to be able to keep up that kind of growth in 2004, but if there isn't a new deal the revenue drop does not happen for another 18 months.
