Mine are, but I'm using charts as I think trying to short based on what we "think" should happen won't work all that well.

Once a stock breaks support on a bearish chart formation, it isn't really seeming to matter what the fundamentals are (because no one believes anything anyway).

Try going for a stock with a high valuation on a break of support. However, I have to say that we have to be getting near some kind of bounce soon. Vxn is getting overbought.

I closed out all my shorts today and I'm only keeping the brcm puts I bought on the open today.

Should stocks rally, I won't hesitate to pick up some shorts on a selective basis if they run right back into resistance because I think that the lows are not in.
