You are welcome. The prohibition of liquor differed too much to use as the model. Spirits were integral parts of mainstream culture; they were easy to manufacture for home consumption or sale; and most people connived with the gangsters who ran the good hooch over the border and into the speakeasies. Drugs are not nearly so popular yet, nor so easy to get hold of.......
