CL: Right you are! However, there is one other possible explanation
for the delay in release of the results. That would be the owner
of the well may not want the results released until they have been
able to sew up adjacent leases or other property in the area. I'm
not saying this IS the case, I am just opining on the possibilities.
If you recall, Jon Vaux told me the reason for their "clarification"
release was the owner PEDCO (I think that was the name), did not
want the information made public at that time. This was confirmed
in my conversation with the President, Christian Murer.

Their last press release said that well results would be made avail-
able in the next "several days." I e-mailed Jon Vaux yesterday
asking when they would be forthcoming, but I have not received a
reply yet. I Will advise if he responds.

Agreed, 2% participation in the well does not make this a major
factor to AXPL's bottom line. But it is important for credibility
of their Telluric technology.
