Moral decay, certainly! But that has absolutely nothing to do with the War on Drugs. It's due to:

1) Idiots running school systems who insist on teaching condom use, but fight tooth and nail against displaying the Ten Commandments.

2) A major political party which attacks the nation's ideals and founding fathers in defense of a president so corrupt he gets disbarred in his home state and DC.

3) Lawyers who get glorified for eating away at the law in order win lottery-like judgements from private enterprise.

4) Fabrication of votes in federal elections by a party that then tries to cover its tracks by claiming it's all a "civil rights" issue.

5) A political party and president who embrace Larry Flynt as a freedom fighter.

6) A federal Ponzi scheme that allows politicians to run for office by promising the feeble that they'll keep the smoke blowing and the mirrors properly tilted.

There are few drug dealers who can drag themselves down that low...
