The only way that legalization would affect profit margins is if you assuming increased supply with stable demand. Elementary economics. No, it could also effect profit margins by lowering the costs. Its easier to produce and transport your product if it is legal. This would increase profit margin unless the supply increased enough to make the price go down a significant amount. Tim
