I get the feeling you're just a Dell kinda guy. Good for you. I have two, one from work, one I purchased. Both suck. I spend more time with their pissed off customer support than I care to. I'm not enamored of their operating model. It's a one trick pony that they have leveraged to the nth degree. They better hope their brand identity doesn't slip, because once that does, they are down the tubes.
