Poet has repeatedly insisted that your attempts to communicate any sort of information to her is unwelcome.

I would view a proposal "to" her at this point to be violating her wishes to be left alone. I would further consider it a coercive attempt to persuade her to accept communication to or about her, or a relationship with her. She has already clearly stated that this is unacceptable.
