I don't know what the answer is. I just think there are too many nonviolent drug offenders/users in jail. The war on drugs is really a war on America's youth, imo. Some kids get their lives ruined for stupid drug offences, doesn't seem right to me. I've read about congressmen's kid's that have been busted and never see a day in jail, unlike some poor folk.
