I can figure out my PC. Don't be condescending...I probably have more experience with PCs than you realize. The problem isn't whether I can figure out my PC. It's why can't Dell make a PC that works. The fact that you don't know what my problem is has nothing to do with the fact that Dell has had mine worked over and can't figure it out on their own. I've had CPUs on my laptop replaced 3 times now. They burn out at an incredibly rapid rate. Apparently, that is common on Dell laptops (the IP guy informed me). They may have gained share every year...but you can't go up forever. They have issues they haven't addressed. You may not have seen them yet, but they are there. Also, there is question as to how much they've really made....you did read about their put strategy, didn't you? We'll find out how much has to be written off or restated at some point. Looks like they thought you could go up forever.....
