Those are good thoughts. There are only a couple of variables here. If demand outstrips supply, then lead times increase. If the demanders want their supply quicker, then prices will rise and so will gross margins. The other factor is the vendors with the highest market share now, will get the outsized gains when demand returns. Cisco is that vendor. Look at how they manage their business. Just incredible. Cisco executive management is just top notch. They are as good as they come. This is why I just can't keep my eye off Cisco. Anyway, tomorrow's trading will be interesting. Last I checked, it was at $14.80 in afterhours. I wonder if that will hold tomorrow? And will I get my $15 tomorrow? :)
