Paul: I'm sorry. I must have not stated my question clearly. What I would like to know is how AOL is expected to increase its earnings by approximately $400,000,000 per year (beyond the 1998 estimates) in order to achieve a P/E comparable to well respected companies such as Intel. If I understood this, I would be inclined to take a long position in AOL. Can you or Steve please provide some clear and factual information for me in this area?

As I understand the basis for your bullishness now, you expect a billion dollar advertising sale to MSFT and a buyout offer (from Prodigy?). Is there anything else on your horizon?
