Oh, silly me, I assumed that since we were talking about Poet, you were talking about Poet.

I dare say you would think it more than just "creepy" bad "taste" if it were happening to your wife or daughter.

Is it not harassing? If it is, it is a violation of the TOU.

Is it not a violation of Poet's privacy to refer to personal family matters involving her child and ex-husband online? To allude online, with an implied threat to post about it, to something very painful and private that happened to her that he only knew from having been a friend of hers? Is it not threatening to insinuate that unless you get what you want you will post private correspondence that the other person has made clear they don't want posted?

Your interpretation of the violation of privacy clause in the TOU, the harassment one, the threats one, is most unusual, and, I think, results-oriented.

I wonder if the "creepy" and "bad taste" you grudgingly grant would come under "improper." Do you think so? How about under "otherwise objectionable"?

I believe Jeff doesn't want to stop CH from harassing Poet because of who the harasser is (someone who sued to get the toorabout removed so he could continue to pursue her with unwelcome attentions), and you don't want to admit his behavior is what it is, an utterly clear violation of the TOU.

Which you are certainly very selective in your reverence for!
