What is this for beyond the PPs announced recently Bob Osprey Energy Ltd OEL Tue 7, May 2002 News Release Mr. Bernard Robichaux reports Osprey Energy has signed a letter of engagement with Mid-Atlantic Capital Associates (MCA) whereby MCA offers to extend its best efforts in securing financing of up to $10-million (U.S.). Osprey seeks the financing to complete remedial work on several wells in central Louisiana with substantial reserves of oil and gas and to secure other high potential opportunities in the United States and Canada.
