yes agreed(and he stood up to NOT saying what Insana was pressing him to say)---but he gave a 2week to 2month time frame for capitulation earlier and at end he was reduced to saying soon.
Plus, from other interviews, he sees that double as a great swing trade but NOT a return to a tech Bull Market.
InSana kept trying to have his words get glued to his constant refrain of a new Secular Tech Bull Market.
Which Biggs does NOT believe in, but Insana bombed him so many times with the Secular phrase one could have been deceived into thinking Biggs was saying, "we have a capitulation and then a new Secular tech Bull Market", which he has never said, and does not believe.
I am pleased the Barton didn't capitulate to Insana, but it was so blatant that Insana was working him over to get this spin. That's my not so objective view as those CNBC interviews churn my gut:) Max P.S. i am BTW anxiously waiting to BUY that capitulation:)
