As long as corporations seriously consider locating off-shore the only legitimate concern of the American public is "What have we allowed the poltroons of Congress to do with our tax code that makes this situation worth serous consideration?"

As long as that question is answered by the flapjacks, the Daschlegephardts, and their ilk-and not challenged-ALL American companies should move off shore. There is no excuse for the current restrictive taxes on capital formation. And the American deserves to suffer the consequences of not having the courage to fix it.

The aforementioned Daschlegephardt will be challenged this November. It's doubtful he will emerge with any serious influence...
