Assuming [firm] caves to his settlement demands... Based upon what do you characterize the AG's position, or approach, as being one of "demands"? ...it will be interesting to see if the other firms sign on, or wait to see what evidence NYAG uncovers. I'm inclined to believe that if settlement talks are underway, the investigation is close to finished - if not, in fact, closed. LP.
